Holistic Health & Mindfulness Facilitator Living with 80% disability, has turned a life of adversity into one of deep purpose, healing, and service. After experiencing several lifestyle-related health challenges, he began an intense journey of self-exploration to understand the intricate relationship between the mind, body, and food. He spent over 10 years in solitude, dedicated to developing self-awareness and mindfulness, and immersing himself in the study of nutrition science, psychology, emotional health, philosophy, and spirituality. Through disciplined self-practice and learning, he not only overcame his own health limitations but also discovered holistic tools that are now transforming the lives of others. Sanjeev has completed several internationally recognized certifications, including:

For more than a decade, he has been conducting and facilitating online and offline workshops focused on holistic health, self-awareness, and conscious living. His work blends nature’s wisdom with modern science, and he has empowered hundreds of individuals to achieve better physical health, emotional balance, and a more meaningful life.

An engineer by education and a facilitator by calling, transitioned from the world of technical systems to the deeper realm of human well-being. His journey began while teaching children, where he witnessed the transformative power of alternative learning, mindfulness practices, and the importance of nurturing body-mind balance from a young age. He replicated his findings with adults and found great results. Through this experience, Nishant developed a strong understanding of how right eating habits, emotional awareness, and a conscious lifestyle directly contribute to physical and mental well-being. What began as a personal exploration soon evolved into a mission-driven path. Over the years, Nishant has deepened his practice and understanding of mindfulness, natural wisdom, and holistic health, and has facilitated workshops and sessions for individuals, families, communities, corporates and schools; helping them embrace sustainable and stress-free living. Dedicates himself to guiding others toward a more balanced, mindful, and fulfilling life. His vision is to inspire a culture of conscious living that not only empowers individuals but also contributes to building a healthier and more compassionate nation.
