It means health is a state of a healthy body and healthy mind. In order to achieve this state we need to focus on Holistic Health, which is the harmony of Mind, Body and Food. 




Pseudoscience means something non-scientific posing as scientific without any evidence and proper research. Whereas, Holistic Health is a term which covers all aspects of health i.e. healthy mind, healthy body and healthy food. It is purely evidence based and scientific. 




Not at all, once you start following guidelines of Holistic Health your biomarkers start to improve, your symptoms alleviate and you start feeling better. Only then, after consulting with your doctor/ health care professional, you can start reducing the doses and after some time even stop taking medicine. We are diet and lifestyle coaches, not doctors, so always consult your doctor before any change in your diet or lifestyle.
